Privacy policy

Short version: this app keeps what you write on your phone. It cannot see which apps you block, and it has no account, no analytics and no advertising.
What stays on your phone
Your tasks, your steps, your sessions and your daily record live in the app’s own storage on your device. They are not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not shared. Deleting the app deletes them.
What we cannot see
Blocking uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls. When you choose which apps to block, Apple’s own picker does the choosing and hands the app opaque tokens. Those tokens identify nothing we can read.
- We cannot see which apps or categories you picked.
- We cannot see anything you do inside them.
- We cannot see your screen time, your usage, or your notifications.
The app knows only that you opened something blocked, and how many things you chose. That is the whole extent of it, and iOS enforces it rather than us promising it.
The one thing that leaves
When you name a task, the app sends the title and the steps you have already finished to our server, which passes them to Anthropic’s Claude API and returns a single sentence: your next step.
- Nothing identifies you. No account, no email, no device identifier tied to a person.
- The task text is not stored or logged by our server.
- A random per-install string is sent so that one phone cannot exhaust the service for everyone. It maps to nothing and identifies nobody.
- Offline, or if this fails for any reason, the app falls back to steps written into it and sends nothing at all.

If you subscribe
Purchases go through Apple or Google. RevenueCat, the service we use to manage subscriptions, receives the purchase receipt and the same random per-install string, so that our server can tell whether that install has Plus. No name, email or payment details reach us or RevenueCat; those stay with Apple or Google. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
What we don’t do
- No analytics or tracking of any kind.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No selling or sharing of data, because there is none to sell.
- No accounts, so nothing to breach.
Children
The app requests Screen Time authorization for the person using the device. It is not directed at children under 13 and collects nothing from them.
Changes
If this changes in a way that affects what leaves your phone, the app will say so before it takes effect rather than this page quietly updating.
